Bailey's O-Ring Ceremony

I attended part of bailey's (thorgrimsinga Resident) O-ring ceremony at Austin.

There was a huge crowd of people, and I could barely move, but I did manage to catch parts of the event.

WW led the Girl in Silence to the podium, and her mentors Aisha and Aria (represented by Jen) presented her to the waiting crowd, then people spoke out for her one at a time, including her Master estos.

Lifted from her Silence Bailey started by saying..."I can not thank you all enough for coming here today to celebrate this coming of age.  I have never worked for anything so hard in my life.  I never would have manged this without help and I would like to thank them at this time."

After she recited the O girl creed, the crowd moved on over to the dance, with DJ io Mooncheeks.

Marcus and Meli's First Collaring Anniversary

I attended the first anniversary dance of Marcus and Melinda on February 24, and danced first with Habitue Liss (lissomeprey), then later O-girl Sage D (Desertwoman Glasswing).

I can't believe it's been one year already, as I can still clearly remember the collaring ceremony from February 26 of last year quite vividly.

In late January 2016, Linda and I were going back and forth about a new live musical called Grease Live, which she had watched on TV. I remember that very vividly, because every time we attended a 1950s dance we had always joked about how she was such a Sandra Dee, though with a twist.

I was listening to one of the songs from that musical called "Those Magic Changes", and I decided to pair the song with a video I had taken of us dancing at a 1950s Sock Hop Dance held at Austin Island (Cafe LaPe'rouse @ Austin ). DJ Dee was hosting, and the theme and skybox was developed by Bri.

I did not synch the video with the song, but I think it still holds up well.

WTF settings on Firestorm - Tuesday Voice Chat at Austin

Because of the holidays, only a few people showed up for voice chat on Tuesday. In addition to myself, Avril Aura, Sage (SageWisdom), Laila, Screwtape, Mari, and a couple others were there.

Nevertheless, it was a lot of fun, and we were still there after 6 pm, when the voice chat normally finishes.

Topics included:

• Avril shenanigans
• Sage's dress
• The death of Carrie Fisher and George Michael
• No butts on certain avatars
• Girl vs Boy brains
• The WTF setting on firestorm
• Sage winning a competition by creating a huge Santa hat on their cottage

In January of this year, we spontaneously congregated at the new "Frat Room" at Austin, where a lap dance broke out.

Before that however, my baby girl and Sage did a synchronized dance that I managed to capture partly on video.

The segment was way too short to be used for a full musical video, but I spliced it repeatedly to create something that might be amusing to watch.

All I can say is we've got some really really sexy girls at Austin! ;-)
