A Good Saturday: Get-together, blow dryers, and helicopters

We had a great Saturday!

We spent an hour and a half of us-time in the early afternoon, then we dropped by the home of Marcus Massaro and Melinda Nyn for a small get together.

Meli showed us the seriously amazing artwork that the artist Belice Benoir made for her and Marcus.

Then we sat outside in Marcus and Meli's  gorgeous garden and chatted.

Attendees included:

O-girl Aqua Fearne
O-girl Belle (Darlingbelle)
GIS Laila (lelie Baxton)
Habitué Linda Burnstein-King
Dom-O Marcus Massaro
sub-O Melinda Nyn
Dom-O MK
Master RB Quan
Rejoining Sammi (SamDelainey Resident)

The talk lasted for about two and a half hours, and it was the usual grab bag of topics, with lots of laughter and good humor.

Some of the topics included:

- man whores and man sluts and players
- stealing the lawn chairs
- the role of Dom-O's (and how to pronounce the term correctly!)
- messing up Marcus's bed
- going to initiation buzzed
- me singing when drunk
- girl whores and sluts
- having sex with guys you don't like and how to politely get rid of guys you don't like
 - another bout of caroling and singing when cumming

...and other topics I can't remember...

I started drinking about half a bottle of sake, while Linda managed a can of beer.

Thanks to Marcus and Melinda for hosting the get together, and I have to say again that the art done for them by Belice Benoir was simply beautiful.

After a short break for dinner, I met Linda and Aqua at the Cafe, where we talked for nearly an hour on topics that included blow dryers, ice, and some of the various uses of said items.

Linda and Aqua laughed like loons for the better part of our talks, but what can you do...girls will be girls *smh*

I was a bit buzzed, but I do remember IMing Meli about blow dryers and her saying in typical Brit fashion "Of course you are!"

...anyways, sake rocks!

After another round of us-time, we dropped by a celebration for Hadaway's 10th year, but the lag was so bad due to the large number of people that I crashed and we decided to test out the helicopter Linda had gifted me awhile back.

We went to Hollywood Airport in the Blake Seas, and zoomed around the place trying to get the hang of the flying death traps, then made our way westwards to Crow's Nest, where I managed to land the copter in the helipad after several tries...yay me!!!!

Unfortunately, it was at this point that Linda had to leave, and so we bade each other goodbye and ended the great day.

Thanks to Marcus and Meli for hosting the nice chat at their home, to Aqua for keeping secrets, to the Junmai Sake for the pleasant buzz it gave me, and most of all to my girl Linda for the seriously awesome sideboob and for being....Linda.

Love ya boo.

Music: Let It Go by Rob Thomas

Let it go
Let it roll right off your shoulder
Don't you know
The hardest part is over?
Let it in
Let your clarity define you
In the end
We will only just remember how it feels

Our lives are made
In these small hours
These little wonders
These twists and turns of fate
Time falls away
But these small hours
These small hours still remain

Let it slide
Let your troubles fall behind you
Let it shine
Until you feel it all around you
And I don't mind
If it's me you need to turn to
We'll get by
It's the heart that really matters in the end

Our lives are made
In these small hours
These little wonders
These twists and turns of fate
Time falls away
But these small hours
These small hours still remain

All of my regret
Will wash away some how
But I can not forget
The way I feel right now

In these small hours
These little wonders
These twists and turns of fate
These twists and turns of fate
Time falls away, but these small hours
These small hours, still remain
They still remain
These little wonders
These twists and turns of fate
Time falls away
But these small hours
These little wonders still remain

Oyyyy

I woke up on Thursday to find Linda's sandbox strewn with soiled clothes and an unmade bed.

As I said earlier, I am entertaining final offers for a slightly used sub.

All sales are final.

A get together at our home in Sailors Cove South

We entertained a small get together of friends at our home in Sailors Cove South on Thursday, starting at 12:30 pm SLT

My boo spent some time after the sailing trip with Billy and Sage adding some Halloween touches to our living room.

Everything was color coordinated, even her outfit!

Then people started trickling in, and we spent the next several hours enjoying the time with our friends, including some old friends of mine like Marie (Marie Monk) who I had not seen in a few months! Even RB dropped in, though he was in Hawaii and honestly should have been enjoying RL instead of hanging out in SL, and we also got some random guy called Strider coming in and plopping himself on one of the seats! *smh*

Linda had to leave for RL by 2:45, but Meli managed to get inworld and join us for awhile longer before I had to leave to go to the gym at 4:30. In between conversations about mesh bodies and miscellaneous gossip we decided we would all meet again this coming Saturday at her home.

The gang who attended included:

Master Arie
Dom-O Billy Avedon
GIS Laila
Habitue Linda Burnstein-King
Valet LG
Dom-O Marcus Massaro
O-girl Mari
Rowdy (Marie Monk)
sub-O Melinda Nyn

A Scenic Journey on the Linda Lou with Billy and Sage (and Linda too!)

Sage had won a sailboat trip with Linda and me during one of Austin's auctions this year, and I scheduled our trip for this Thursday, October 27, 2016.

Meeting Billy and Sage at our home
Billy Avedon and Sage (SageWisdom) met us at our home in Sailors Cove South at around 8 am SLT, where we would board the Linda Lou and start our adventure!

The route of our journey
I had planned our route earlier, although there were parts of the route that I had never navigated before.

Discussing our journey
We headed north at first towards the main channel of the Blake Seas using unfurled sails, then headed due west to pass by Hollywood Airport.

Headed out (photo by SageW)
On the way out, Billy sat behind while the girls sunned themselves on some lounge chairs.

I had motored close to the airport runways when we all were suddenly swept into the sea! I immediately cammed up and saw that the Linda Lou had continued without us!

It was only through my expert sailing and swimming skills (lol) that I managed to get back into the skipper's post of the runaway sailboat and haul the rest back up on deck.

Saving the passengers from drowning!

We then headed due west on engines to Crow's Nest, and I carefully maneuvered the Linda Lou next to the craggy shoreline.

Crow's Nest
Linda, Billy and Sage jumped out and climbed up the steep stairs to the top.

Climbing up Crow's Nest
At the top there is a memorial, a monument to Sailors in Second Life and real world sailors alike. On this Fastnet Rock in Second Life are inscribed the names of sailors who have passed on.

Fastnet Rock
Linda (of course!) managed to get in a few unusual poses *smh*

The Queen of Ham
From Crow's Nest we sailed south towards Sirens Isle, where I had my female alt Ronnie Huber guard the Linda Lou while the four of us non-alts gathered on a picnic blanket that I had spread out. It will come as no surprise that someone tried to pick her up while we were out and about....Ronnie is seriously sexy ;-)

Picnic time! You can see the Linda Lou beyond the crashed plane
After imbibing some champagne that Linda had taken out for the occasion, we piled back onto the Linda Lou and continued south, where we soon came upon the largest ship ever in Second Life, the Galaxy cruise ship!

Swan rides
I managed to moor the Linda Lou as close as possible to the dock without ramming into it, whereupon we spied some unusual swans waiting by the side.

Linda (of course!) immediately jumped onto one, and we all soon joined her in floating around on the oversized avians.

Awwww...soooo sweet!
We then boarded the Galaxy and explored its vast interior.

"Darn, will we have time to explore all THAT!!???"
My only problem was I had a  heck of a time trying to get Linda to stand still for a pic. I swear, that girl has an itch to wander around.

I think from now on I'll call her "Linda Rover", kinda like that "Mars Rover" robot, cuz she's tiny, rattles when you shake her, and has a habit of aimlessly wandering around exploring things.

Finally got Linda Rover to stand still!
One interesting thing we found out was that the elevators in the ship actually work!

Linda (of course!) went into one and after finding out that it actually worked, urged us to pile in.

Elevator ride....
We took the elevator to an Atrium, where there were drinks laid out for any weary travelers who passed through.

Champagne for the weary sailors!
We talked for awhile sipping champagne, then decided we would end our trip at this point. We had been gone for 2.5 hours already, and our get-together at our home was fast approaching.

All in all, I enjoyed the trip immensely, and I would love to do it again. Lots of laughter and exploration, and my passengers got to see some places they had never been to before.

Friday Voice Chat: Submarines, alligators, and SL Vaginas

My boo was taken over by an alt!!!
...and boy, was she fiiiineee....hubba hubba...
The Friday voice chat was great, with lots of laughter and camaraderie from the people present.

Linda was having trouble seeing herself in her main avi, so she came in with her alt, which looks exactly like her anyways. She still had trouble seeing herself, but as the picture above shows people had no problem seeing her!

There was lots of talk, including:

- Cowboy costumes and Halloween costumes the next two weeks

- Woland being allowed by Dakota to go by himself to Starbucks

- Talk about Sage's butt...I compared them to firm round apples, Ratzu called them peaches, Wo mentioned in Russian the butt was sometimes called oranges, so Belle said Sage's butt was like a fruit bowl.

- Meli's previous beaus, how I vetted them, and how Marcus is the longest running one and therefore the winner....

- talk about how being with our partners seems like it's been forever, and how that's good!

- my revelation that Linda calls me the "Submarine", at which point my boo countered that she actually calls me "Mushroom"....Woland asked whether it was because I released torpedoes sporadically, and Sage wondered whether it's because Linda "kept me in the dark and fed me bullshit" (!!!), but Linda smoothly noted it's because I was her "Umbrella of Love" hahahaha...rigggghhhhht!!!!

- talk about growling alligators and other man-eaters

- lots of talk about vaginas and buying vaginas in SL (smh)...at which point of course I tried to segue into my own vagina in store

Some other topics that i forgot about.....

While the chat was going on Thyme got past her applicant stage and officially became a GIS, while Woland transitioned to Dom-O, so congrats to both of them!!!!

Laila GIS Event: Mardi Gras!

I decided to attend laila's (lelie Baxton) GIS event, a dance which focused on Mardi Gras, although Linda could not come inworld at the time. O-girl Dee provided the music.

For my costume, I took an old Joker type costume i had used a long time back with Linda and upgraded it with some additional ornamentations.

"Yes, I scare babies"
The dance was held at the Cabaret and the riot of colors was enough to blind anyone lol....

I would especially like to point out Meli's (Melinda Nyn) peacock outfit, which threatened to decapitate anyone nearby and/or asphyxiate everyone in the room with drifting feathers!

Marcus drowning in feathers
The costumes were all fantastic, but special mention (and prizes!) were given by the host to Marcus, Duke, and myself on the men's side, and Sammi, Meli, and Sage on the girl's side.

In the end, everyone had a good time, and there was lots of talk and laughter as the dance progressed, though I had to leave before the finish when talk turned towards man-boobs and I felt no one gave enough attention or appreciation towards my humongous man melons.

More pics of the event below from Laila and myself.

Thanks and congrats to GIS Laila!!!!
